Cigars are popular in Cuba. This may be a problem if you're hosting a party solely indoors. Cigars are not required but some people may be expecting them.
Invitations
Havana Nights invitations typically has two styles; greenery a beach with palm trees. Alternatively you may feature a Fedora hat on the invitation.
Entrance and signs
You may want a "Welcome to Havana" sign at your entrance.
Alternative you could have "Cigar Smokers Only" or "Bob's Cigar Bar".
Signs with Cuban Spanish words around the place could be fitting since Cuban Spanish is spoken in Cuba.
Decorations

What to wear at a Havava Nights party
Women could wear swirly skirts and the guys can wear suits and Fedora hats. Havana Nights is set in 1950s Cuba.
Drinks
Rum would be suitable. You could also make tropical cocktails like mojito and Cuba libre. Cuba libre is the easiest to make.
Cuba libre is basically Rum and Coke gamished with Lime wedges. This typically requires 1 ounce Rum and three ounces of coke. This is usually served in a highball glass.
A non alcoholic version would be Coca-Cola gamished with lime wedges.
Other cocktails include The Old Cuban, Daiquiri. El Floridita, Hotel Nacional and El Presidente.
The Old Cuban takes from the Mojito and the French 75. It's made with rum, champagne, simple syrup, lime juice and mint.
Hotel Nacional is made from rum, brady, simple syrup, apricot, pinapple and lime juice.
Food
You can serve Cuban sandwiches and Cuban toasties.
A Medianoche is a roast pork sandwich. The name translates to midnight in Spanish. The ingredients are pork, ham, mustard, Swiss cheese, and sweet pickles.
In addition to Cuban toasties other hot food that you may want to include are Beef Empanadas and Plantain chips with Mojo Vinaigrette.
For dessert you may want to serve flan which is custard based. You can buy this at your food store.
Rice may be good to feature at your party too.
Fresh fruit might be good too, especially tropical fruit. You might put the fruit in wood crates.
You can send the guests home with chocolate cigars and/or have chocolate cigars at your party.
Festive plates and napkins could be a great way to add color to your party.
Woven Baskets could be a great way to store things like napkins, cutlery etc.
Music and dancing
You can play Cuban and/or latin music at this party. You could do Salsa too.
Son is also a music genre and it was developed in Cuba.
It's possible that there might be a Cuban band that you could hire. If you don't have the money then I am sure that you can find playlists with Cuban music.
Movies
You can play a Havana themed film such as "Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights", "7 Days In Havana" or "Havana Blues".
Games
You can play Double-Nine. This is a blocking style of dominoes. If the party is outdoors you can get over sized dominoes.
You can have a limbo competition too. You slowly lower a bar; the bar will be lower for each round. The last person who goes under it without falling becomes the winner.
Other activities
You could start a Conga line or have a trivia game about Cuba.
In a Conga line people form a line and hold on to each other's waist or shoulders. They do the same dance.
There's a version of Conga dance for couples.
